I've never been a confident person, I struggled from an early age up into adulthood with my self-esteem and confidence issues. Although I became somewhat successful in my working life, although I was going through hell, day to day, I put on a brave face. As life went on things became more difficult, I started to suffer terribly with stress anxiety, my self-confidence was at rock bottom. I moved home, had a small child, I tried to set up my own Beauty and Aesthetics business. I was bringing up my son, studying during the evening and attending college doing coursework, life was just bonkers. This all took its toll on me. I became poorly and unwell. I knew I need to take action and sort myself out. I needed help, I needed to survive in life, if only for my son’s sake and to give him the life he deserves.

I've always admired Paul McKenna's work. I grew up watching him on TV and him develop over the years into the amazing work he does today. I'm not conventional, take medication type of person, so I bought a couple of his books and Hypnosis CDs and decided to try them out. I found the hypnosis CDs very relaxing and comforting. Having spent most of my life feeling anxious and stressed, I noticed a big difference in my reactions to stressful situations very quickly.

Thanks to the Hypnosis CDs and reading Paul's books I now feel much more confident, relaxed and focused in all aspects of my life. Where I would once worry and become anxious and uptight about many things, I now feel calm and ready to deal with whatever life has to throw at me. Paul McKenna has been a huge help and a real lifesaver for me.
