I am very grateful to Mindvalley and Jeffrey Allen for this program. I thought for a long time about whether to choose this quest, but in the end it turned out to be the most meaningful for me of all the ones I've taken. The Master introduces his students to the world of energy so simply and accessibly that living the way I used to just won't be possible anymore. I always thought of energy healers as some kind of celestial beings, but Jeffrey showed that this is accessible to me too. I hope the practices of the quest will stay with me for the rest of my life. Through outside events I can see that the quality of my energy has changed, people treat me differently, so much so that I'm pleasantly surprised myself. Most importantly, a sense of the power of my spirit has developed in me, one that no external forces will ever be able to take away.
