"The most positive part of moving along this journey is finding abundance in everything in life once again"

My life had come to a complete stop. After a cascade of traumatic events and running the rat race in life I burned out right at the moment I had begun the most fulfilling career I could have ever imagined. It was at this moment I stopped and started searching for a way to reconnect with my true self and others; mind, body, and spirit. When I found Mindvalley, I had no idea the amazing impact it would have on my life. Moving through the app at my own pace, it was easy to become absorbed in the material and inspired by the enthusiasm and example of the teachers. I recommend this program to everyone, and will continue to do so as it has allowed me to find true peace, joy and abundance in my life regardless of the situations I am walking through in life. We are all connected in such a beautiful way. In this connection, I have found inspiration in Mindvalley to create the exact life that I want, and aim to help as many people as I can on their journeys also.

Three main things I’ve learned on my journey have been:

1. We have the power inside of us to make our lives extraordinary and heal others when we open our hearts and minds and choose to believe.

2. We are all connected and in connection comes joy, hope and healing.

3. We need to connect and heal ourselves in order to show up in life in a way that fosters the same growth for the other people in our lives.

The most positive part of moving along this journey is finding abundance in everything in life once again. It has allowed me to let go of fear and join in energy healing, part of an entire community of likeminded people searching for a way to show people how to feel beauty and truth in life. Thank you with all of my heart. I wouldn’t be here today without the help of the wonderful guidance in this course.
