As both an academic and a Life Coach it has been my dream to combine personal development with academic studies. Mindvalley helped deliver this powerful combination to students in my program. I have worked in Higher Education for over 20 years and have seen firsthand how changes to the industry require different approaches. The rise in university fees to £9,000 per year in the UK and the resultant focus amongst many students on assessment and employability outcomes requires that higher education can no longer be about delivering academic content alone. The Quests that the students' participated in enabled them to gain essential skills in productivity. Aiding performance and managing mindset is essential in today's landscape for success. Working with the Mindvalley team with such a powerful vision to re-define the nature of education is one I support and would be keen to partner with Mindvalley again in the future.
