I really enjoy my 1:1 sessions with Amrit. He always provides great insight and helps reflect things back to me. One thing I really appreciate is that he helps me recognize all the great work I am doing. I tend to only focus on the things I still need to improve or get better on, but it is also important to recognize my progress.
