I have enjoyed very much the coaching I got from Sira. She guided me into getting my SMART goal sharp and to think of ways to achieve it easily. She thought about ways to create bridges between her coachees and created a safe environment for us to show vulnerability. She listened actively, encouraged her coachees suggesting smart ideas and talks from heart to heart. She brought a lot of clarity for me and motivated me to move towards my goal.
