A few months ago, I took a leap—one that deeply aligned with my soul’s calling. I enrolled in the Mindvalley Life Coach program not just to gain a certification, but to create a more powerful shift in how I serve others. This wasn’t just another course. "It was a mirror. It brought clarity, courage, and connection to my purpose". 1. I learned how to listen deeper—not just to others, but to myself. 2. I learned to ask better questions—not to fix, but to unlock. 3. And I blended it with my yogic path—because true transformation happens both on the mat and within the mind.

Since then, my coaching and teaching have felt more intentional, grounded, and aligned. I've been guiding others not just to set goals, but to rewire beliefs, reshape identity, and reclaim their power.
