My journey with Mindvalley/Evercoach started over 4 years ago when my sister shared a podcast with me. From then, I was hooked. I finally felt like I had found my tribe. I heard about A-fest and told myself that I would love to attend a Mindvalley event someday. I released it to the universe and said if I was meant to go then the opportunity would present itself. A few days later, my sister calls me and tells me that MV is having a conference in Austin, TX on my birthday and she wants to take me as my gift. It was there that I first did the 3MIQ and learned the 6-phase meditation. I started doing the 6-phase as a regular practice and started sharing it with everyone I knew. Fast-forward to a few months ago, I saw the opportunity to attend this life-coaching course but vacillated over whether or not to do it. I was at a conference in which the speaker had us set an intention for what we wanted to do. Again, I said to myself that if the universe wants me to do this training, the opportunity would present itself. That evening as I drove home, I had someone reach out to me needing my help. This would be someone that would serve as my first life coaching client. This was the confirmation I needed to make the decision to move forward with the program. Now I am a certified 6-phase Meditation trainer! It has been amazing to see all of these beautiful synchronicities come into play for this moment. I feel that this Certification has provided more training and knowledge than six years of college and graduate school did. It has been amazing connecting with this global community!
