Before this Certification my Coaching Business was doing ok. But because of the confidence, I gained during the program I was able to add 4 more clients and landed 2 speaking gigs. This is a fantastic program, that will help you gain more clarity and more skills. I also noticed a change in my personal life. I am calmer and am using the tools consciously to navigate through challenging situations. The reason why I recommend this Certification is even when you have 10+ years under your belt as a coach or consultant this is something new that will challenge you in so many different ways. I have been working as a coach for over 6 years now and besides from the basics there were so many insides and tools that my clients will now benefit from even more. The energy of the team and people is amazing and you really get to practice the skills that you learned during the live sessions in coaching pods. Ajit insights and examples are pure GOLD and I am happy about every cent that I am investing in journey to coaching mastery.
