When I went through the 30-day challenge, it put me back in alignment with myself and my dreams. It also coincided with an extremely difficult period with my daughter whose life was on the line.
The daily videos and exercises gave me perspective and a broader view of my life, beyond what was going on at the moment.
It was the best part of my day (besides yoga!) and it was the first thing I did every morning at 6 a.m.
Because of this program and specific guidance, I was able to guide my daughter to a place that could help her and manifest my dream of moving to Belize.
