"It's the best recipe for living!"

For the first time in my life, I am really paying attention to my health & fitness and I can finally say that I am proud of the body I am in! For years, I really disliked my body, because it was skinny and I always felt weak. Thanks to Lifebook, I have found a new passion: Calisthenics! I am dedicated to getting stronger by doing Calisthenics and fitness everyday and I am obsessed! I feel fitter and stronger, my skin is glowing, and I just feel more confident in myself. My life has more and more meaning now that I am being conscious about all aspects of my life. I feel like I trust life more and that I can truly create my own dream life. I have been on this Lifebook journey with my love Sarah and I can't wait to build our dream life together. I had recently prepared a special Valentine's Day for my love, just at home, and it was one of the most magical days! (I was SO inspired by Jon & Missy's love story). I really loved to see my love's reactions and to make her smile. I truly enjoyed making effort for my love. We are both in a transition in our lives right now. We don't exactly know where we are heading in our freelance careers yet and this is the biggest thing in our lives that we are both dealing with still. The crazy thing is that since Lifebook, I have been selling things online everyday, which enables me to save for healthy foods, trips and experiences, without having to find a 9-5 job, which we dread. I now realize that life is about deep thought, and creating and living according to your own values. It's the best recipe for living! Jon & Missy, you are a gift to this world and you have inspired us so much. Lifebook has been the best thing that has happened to our lives!
