I didn’t choose Lifebook consciously. I was more dragged into it. After I heard Jon and Missy talk about Lifebook, something inside made me sign up. What gave me the courage was the promise of getting the money refunded at the end of the program. Now, after completing the LifeBook categories I can see, absolutely see, that I signed up for it, because this was what I had to do. I’m amazed at how much clarity I have gained. Clarity about the life I want, clarity about what I no longer want and clarity about what is holding me back. Lifebook has given me the courage to face that old baggage that serves me no longer and keep letting it go. The most powerful exercise, though, was Jon’s final visualization in the Life Vision. I’m saying this as someone who has always had a huge resistance against meditation. Jon’s visualization really helped me own my vision, make it mine and make it real. I have seen the future and I know it is real. I can see now that pain – coming out of the past and asking for release – and joy – of being conscious enough to let it go and create my life – walk together beautifully. I love walking along this path every day of my life.
