"Digging really deep into something I think we never really give ourselves permission to do--but is so dearly necessary"

Hi there, Before this program--I had been endlessly going through self-improvement programs....some of them free and some of them at a cost. Many of these programs gave me the information I needed, but none of them gave me the proverbial 'kick in the #%&' I so desperately needed. Digging really deep into something I think we never really give ourselves permission to do--but is so dearly necessary. Lifebook has given me momentum...in this system, there is always something to get done or to work on and when we are working on something to improve our lives it's easy to get 'fired up'! I have created a Google site called "Helen's Lifebook" which I can access it any time/anywhere and I am excited to share it with my family! I believe that these unprecedented times require us to empower ourselves in a positive way and there could be no better way than to work in a community of like-minded individuals working 12 categories strong! I thank Jon and Missy from the bottom of my heart for sharing Lifebook--for giving us the tools and inspiration to become the best US we can be.
