LEARNING THE BEST WAY TO LEARN BEFORE LEARNING FROM THE BEST!

Having signed up to three Mastery Programs, I was wondering how I was going to keep up with the learning as I know these programs will have an enormous amount of life changing information in them. Then…a spot of pure genius… Mindvalley offered us LEARNING MASTERY before the other programs started. I was very curious as I had not thought about “learning about learning”.

Each of the teachers in Learning Mastery teach different aspects on improving our learning and really inspired me to use the tools and techniques they teach. Vishen tells us about the difference between knowledge acquisition and true transformation. This really shifted my mindset in how I approach learning now. I was very interested in the 5 praxis of learning – to accelerate learning and make it stick. Ronan teaches us how sleep, exercise, nutrition and meditation affect the learning process and what things impair learning. So the program teaches us to get our body into the best state for learning optimally. Eric teaches the importance of active learning, teaching what you learn and celebrating learning victories. Also surround yourself with a community for accelerated learning, and of course, Mindvalley has the best community! Vykintas teaches how to leverage AI tools for enhanced learning. I was not so confident in using these tools – I liked the idea about adopting the mindset of an AI expert and by doing this, my confidence in using these tools is increasing.

Life is about continuous learning and growing. I highly recommend Learning Mastery as it will enhance any sort of learning that you do and make it more enjoyable. Learning Mastery has set an amazing foundation for me and now I am super excited about going through the rest of the Mastery Programs, embodying what I learn, taking action, and maybe a little celebration along the way!
