Yes, I have seen my coaching rise to the next level, whatever this means. I have seen myself explaining the 3Ps in action. I have seen myself understanding the 3Ps by viewing them in action in both my coachee and in me being coached. I have transformed inside to incorporate the new truths as the basis for all that I do and as a result, my work is going to change. This transformation started with Michael’s Creating the Impossible, which I am still doing, which led me to do Impacting Leaders and whatever he brings up next this year.

Embodying the 3P understanding has been hugely transformative. I now see with much more clarity and sooner in the conversation, where my clients are ‘stuck’.
