"It gave me the accountability I needed to keep going when imposter syndrome set in"

Quick summary

Tonje discovered her calling in coaching but struggled with clarity and confidence. Through the Accelerator program, she overcame imposter syndrome and learned to focus her practice, supported by accountability and wisdom that helped her move past trying to serve everyone.

All my life, I felt a strong urge to help people but didn’t know how until I found coaching. As soon as I realized this was my path, I wanted to pursue it passionately.

I completed the CBC and felt equipped with all the tools and capabilities I needed to serve. However, I lacked confidence and, more importantly, clarity. Ajit’s comment, “If you’re serving everyone, you’re serving no one,” really hit me because that’s exactly what I wanted to do!

The Accelerator program has been a game-changer for me. It gave me the accountability I needed to keep going when imposter syndrome set in and helped me get out of my own ego. Ajit’s wisdom made me realize that I can’t help everyone because, as he says, “it’s not about capability but capacity.”

The greatest aspect of Accelerator was the combined force of the powerful quartet: Ajit, Elisa, Sid, and Renata. Each of them is unique and brings different qualities to the program, complementing each other in a very holistic way.
