“I implemented concrete steps to improve our website, marketing, sales, and processes”

Before this class, I was feeling stuck with running my company, I knew I had a lot of shortcomings, but I did not have resources nor money to help me to try to fix everything that needed fixing. This course has not only given me new energy but more importantly concrete steps to improve our many of our recognized shortcomings including content for creating a more effective web site, new and improved marketing strategy, product sales strategy, our company positioning, and our processes for improving all of our activities. I was not expecting that AI would be such a big part of the course, and it was a fantastic component which has allowed me to accomplish tasks in a fraction of the time that it would have taken me without it. It also allowed our entire staff to get on the same page and truly getting our team working together for the first time to achieve all of our company goals. Thank you for providing such great content that definitely helped me and my company grow and succeed in the marketplace. This course definitely was worth the time and money.
