"What I am learning will be of great value when helping others"

I’m new to Mindvalley and finding the Quests and Master Classes very informative. The reason I enrolled in the Energy Medicine quest was to help myself gain a better understanding of energy and how I can utilize the methods and exercises given to gain better health on every level of my being. Energy Medicine really spoke to me. Even now I can help others with what I have learned and continue to learn as I continue to go over the course notes. There has been a shift in my energies already and combining the Eden Energy Medicine with the Quest for Personal Mastery I am certain I will become a more centred ,confident person, having a rounder world view of reality. My life normally allows me to meet quite a lot of people as I work in a centre for Spiritual healing, therefore what I am learning will be of great value when helping others. I really like the Mindvalley concept of teaching especially as I am able to go back over the videos any time I need to. It just confirms you are never too old to learn and change old outdated patterns in your life. Thanks Mindvalley
