I just want Donna Eden to know I'm taking her video course through Mindvalley. I'm nearly 73, was circling the drain, less physical energy every day, 2 naps, hardly could do maintenance errands.

From the first exercises in the Mindvalley intro broadcast, I noticed a difference, enough to try the course. Today, about 3-4 months later, I feel wonderful!
