"I perceive I have a greater self-knowledge and I am equipped with very concrete and helpful tools to face any challenge"

Before this program I thought I had perfect clarity of mind on the reasons why I had so many problems in my relationships. I also thought I have always been blessed and that there were no emotional wounds from the past, since I consider I have had a very happy life, raised in a beautiful family and surrounded by people that loved me and cared about me.

As I starting moving forward in the Counscious Uncoupling Program, I detected some wounds that I had from my past and I was able to name and pinpoint my Source Fracture Story. Also coming up with my personal mantra helped me to pinpoint the stronghold I will hold on to from now on, the one rock and certainty that contains the source of all my self-confidence and interior strength to live the life I want to live.

Now after the program, I perceive I have a greater self-knowledge and I am equipped with very concrete and helpful tools to face any challenge in life, especially in my human relationships.
