"After 8 months of starting this work, I feel like I'm letting go of this relationship"

Before this program, I felt stuck within past hurts and patterns. I felt as though I was carrying wounds of past relationships and re living them in the present.

When I bought the program, I thought it was enough. It was time for a radical change towards peace and completion. I felt powerless in front of how I was triggered by present situations, and my break up. I was out of touch with my center and my power of creation in my life.

Not only did CU help me to see the ways I had co-created my relationship both in beautiful positive ways and also deceiving ways, it empowered me to own my story, feel my sadness, grieve what no longer was and let it go for a better life.

It gave me more confidence that my needs, desires and wishes matter and highlighted my people-pleasing pattern. It gave me hope and strength in building my self-esteem & self-worth in the present. And gave me the courage to remind myself of the future I want!

CU has really helped me center back to myself after months of depression episodes and people-pleasing.

2 weeks after my break up, I was able to have a conversation of 2 days with my ex where I chose to act and speak from a place of love. It was only the beginning of the work but it was a tremendous change from previous break up and how I had held space for myself in them.

After 8 months of starting this work, I feel like I'm letting go of this relationship & all of what I had projected to build with this woman. Most importantly, I saw my ex for the first time again last week and I realized I moved away from my people pleasing pattern with her. I was able to speak my truth, holding myself accountable while making my needs and boundaries clear. It felt so good to finally give myself space and importance. I am so happy for all the deep work and I'm excited to do more in my own time.

Katherine has had this gentle presence, warmth that makes me feel cared for, loved, seen and supported. I love how dedicated she is and how she is making me feel like I am the center in my story and my healing.
