“Freedom & Self-Compassion”

I was able to initially feel a physical melting and connection after the bioenergetic tools for my character structure. With that release, I have begun a journey of somatic awareness and finally finding more choice in response as I feel my body begin to fall back to held patterns. It has created so much more freedom and self-compassion.
