Being An Exponential Coach

"I look forward to continuing on this journey with Evercoach"

So many tremendous takeaways. Is that even the right word? It’s more like transformations, insights and distinctions actually. I am not yet the successful coach that I want to be. I realize that will take time. However, I sense a stronger conviction to my purpose in service g high performers - and the real gem is that I now feel more fearless about coaching clients more successful than me. I don’t have to know how to do their job or craft. I need to know mine - and that is to have a deep conversation, ask the challenging questions and help them actually use the bigger visions. I also love everything around imposter syndrome being a feature rather than a blemish of who we are. I relate very deeply with that! So much so that I have a theme topic for a TED talk which is one of the impossible goals I am envisioning. I very much resonated with coaching, although some coaches models are remedial, the coaching approach I am drawn to is not as much about problem-solving but in opportunity seeking. Brilliance all around. Lastly, I will say that I have been a part of many community groups that haven’t really grasped the idea of cultivating exponential growth - but the Exponential Coaching Community and the Mastermind Community is tremendously supportive. I look forward to continuing on this journey with Evercoach and Rich Litvin and many other inspiring people. Many thanks!!
