"I have come away from the quest feeling comfortable in my approach to my work and personal life"
When I started this quest, I was looking for something that will give me a clear strategy on building my focus muscle and dealing with distractions. This quest was really good to understand the root causes of my behaviors and very clear strategies to help deal with them. Nir is a great teacher and he uses his own personal stories to help us understand how these distractions manifest. He also uses lots of Science to help understand and validate this. This approach not only helped build a great understanding, it also helped build self-compassion, so instead of beating myself up for getting sucked into the distraction cycle, it allowed me to accept that this is a norm and human behavior that we all have to deal with. It then allowed me to easily implement strategies, attitudes and mindsets to become indistractable. I have come away from the quest feeling comfortable in my approach to my work and personal life and build the indistractable and focus muscle to lead a more meaningful and impactful life.
