Be Extraordinary

"After doing this exercise every morning for several months, I became consistent in handling situations in loving ways."

I began awakening to my ability to change myself in my 2nd year in college at Univ of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI. I read something in a book (name I cannot remember) recommending creative visualization to change my personality and responses to stress. I was highly competitive in sports and would demean myself for every error or mistake, such as in competitive tennis. I would be constantly angry at myself. Every morning I would meditate and visualize a sun of love inside my chest that radiated love to me and then through me to everyone I met. I would visualize situations in which I would normally be critical, sarcastic and angry. Then I would visualize myself as Love handling those difficult situations, and responding in loving ways to others. After doing this exercise every morning for several months, I became consistent in handling situations in loving ways. It became who I now was.
