Before this program, I’d done a few Mindvalley quests — 10x, Beyond Fasting, Breathwork for Life — and each one gave me something real: strength, discipline, clarity. But I hadn’t figured out how to bring it all together — or more importantly, how to share it with others in a way that really stuck.

Thanks to Amplify with AI, I ended up in a full-blown creative partnership with an AI — and together we started building The Ageless Edge: a book about staying strong, sharp, and fully alive after 60. It’s personal, sometimes irreverent, and it doesn’t do fluff. Each chapter has an original song being written and produced to go with it, which will either be released alongside the book or separately — depending on how the publishing route plays out.

And now, my life is full of rhythm, purpose, and the kind of momentum that sneaks up on you and says, “Let’s go again.” ”Not done yet.”
