I've carried out two real estate operations, generating a profit of €18,000 in six months. Both were operations that we executed without any capital on our part.

I stumbled upon Alfio Bardolla's courses on the internet, and that's how I began the real estate investment course in November 2015. Just a month later, we had already had our offer accepted for the first operation. The challenging part was stepping out of my comfort zone and everyday routine without any prior experience. The most difficult aspect initially was mustering the courage to put into practice what I had learned through the courses. Whenever I found myself in a panic due to unforeseen situations during the operation, I could pick up the phone, ask for advice and support, knowing for sure that what was happening to me had already happened to them in their experience, enabling me to better navigate the ongoing operations.
