I love life! I love what I do and do what I love. So here I am in 10X, to make my body a better servant to my purpose on the planet. I also do exercises for my beloved brain. I'm a young at heart 75 year old woman, interested in many things: reading, dancing, cooking and eating, deep conversation with friends, teaching how to make soil and converting lawn to grow food in regenerative ways. I'm an activist and am currently working to prevent our provincial government from licensing Australian coal mining companies to strip mine the iconic Rocky Mountains. I've lived many lifetimes in this cycle, so I have a lot of great stories to share. I've been blessed with 2 wonderful sons and a great husband.
