WILDFIT

"My final weight was 209lbs ( a loss of 42lbs)"

My name is Dexter Charles from Trinidad and Tobago and I am 57yrs young. I started my Wildfit journey not knowing how it will turn out but based on the Masterclass with Eric, I trusted the process and went in with a very positive mindset. When I stepped on a scale and saw 251lbs, that was my trigger to do something different and certainly more sustainable.
My target goal was 52lbs which meant that I will go below 200lbs, a weight I held way back in my thirties. The Wildfit journey was extremely challenging, particularly the last 4 weeks, and while adherence was not at 100%, I am proud of myself that I stuck with it.
My final weight was 209lbs ( a loss of 42lbs) and although I did not achieve my target goal of 52lbs, I still feel very accomplished and pleased with the body I see in the mirror. I will continue to live 'Wildfit' and stay in the zone of conscious eating and managing my 'seasons' wisely.
My sincere thanks to Eric and the team for a life changing experience and look forward to living 'Wildfit' well into my twilight years.
Cheers!!
