WILDFIT

"I got my life back"

I have always struggled with my body and the way how I look at it. And it's not easy, when you hear from your loved ones: YOU ARE FAT, YOU SHOULD MOVE MORE! YOU HAVE A BIG-BIG *SS... I was only 6. I still can't understand, how could anyone say these things out loud to a 6 year old girl. And then, you got this from your teachers, buddies, classmates... Everywhere you go. So... Suddenly you start to believe it, and the worse: you BECAME it. Do you know this feeling? Does it sound familiar? Yeah, yeah... It actually happened to me. And I tried so hard to not be fat, and live the life I want. I became a mother of two gorgeous children, and I realised I can't be the healthy, playful mom for them if I am not able to run with them, play football, climbing up the trees, I have to change. And this turned into: I must change, and then: I WANT TO CHANGE.

I have a friend who was talking about Mindvalley, so I checked it out, and WILDFIT was the first challenge that caught my eye. I always wanted to change my eating habits, and I was sure I needed help to do it. How do I start and with what and how to not binge, and ARRRRGHHH... So here I am. I did this 90 Days challenge, and I am so very very proud, I feel much better, I look much better and feel sexier than ever.

I made a list over what I got from WildFit:
1.)First of all: the TRIBE, with all of the coaches, Eric, ambassadors, and YOU who join this amazing life changing experience. I got a lot of friends. <3
2.) I released more than 10 kg just in 90 days! Isn't that amazing???
3.) My hair started to grow back, I lost a lot during the breastfeeding time.
4.) My nails are much stronger.
5.) I had an appointment to an operation (to remove my gallbladder) - I did not need it. And had a looooot of bilious attack - now I don't have any problem.
6.) I was always tired, foggy, and could not remember things. It has changed also.
7.) My thyroid was problematic too, it has changed.
8.) Oh gosh! My one of the biggest win!! I can breath through my NOSE!! I was not able to do that since forever?!
9.) My lower back pain is just gone. Yeah, just gone.
10.) My ankles were not that flexible they are now. And I used to sprain them during walk.
11.) I stopped getting unnecessary hairs under my cheek... This is not the whole list. This is just a tiny part of it I would share here, I even can't describe how happy I am I made the decision to be a part of WildFit.

I got my life back. I got my dreams back. I am the healthy, well balanced me. I am the best of me. Thank you Eric, Ariel, Michelle and my dearest Tribe! You are a real treasure for me. <3
