Having dealt with self-doubt since my childhood due to my upbringing under an extremely critical and perfectionist parent, I must say that this quest has quickly become one of my favorites and suits me perfectly. It felt like having several coaching sessions directly with Shadé and Faysal. I loved it, and I now feel much more self-determined!
The insights provided in this quest have raised my awareness of our inner dialogue, the mental traps we often fall into, and our inner deceivers in a way that I have not encountered before. The actionable items, exercises, and suggestions are highly practical and truly help reframe our self-doubt. Among them, the self-acceptance letter stands out as one of the best exercises I have undertaken on my personal growth path.
While I have engaged in significant self-work in recent years, I have never delved so deeply into the topic of self-doubt. This quest has brought forth a wealth of emotions and the work involved in it felt truly amazing!
I know that I will need to revisit this quest again and again, as self-doubt will always be a work in progress for me. However, I now possess an incredible set of tools that I can rely on.
