I am seeing changes on small forms and on medium. I have lessons 8-24 left to do and I am enjoying every minute. Taking my time with each one to really feel and understand all of it. I have my journal and I practice the energy statements all the time. I have even incorporated into my reiki/crystal healing sessions.
