Hi, I am Kerstin. Limiting beliefs about money are something I grew up with. I cannot really blame my parents for that even though they were the ones living in fear around money. When they were little they both were refuges during WW2 - coming from East Prussia to Western Germany. My mom's life was even harder than my dad's - my paternal grandfather was a POW, captured by the Russians. and gone for 4 years but he had my grandmother who had to beg for food at times during the escape. There were extreme losses on my father's side of the family. A beautiful hotel was taken over by the Nazis. Lots of family members stayed and were killed. My mother was abandoned as a child and in an orphanage with her sister. They both were sent to the war zone to foster families. During bombing attacks my mom got lost and was separated from her foster family and survived on her own. Many decades later children like herself were described as 'Wolfskinder' (children of the wolves - something like that if you translate it). She was picked up by Russians and later on by German soldiers and not treated very well, but survived. I am very, very proud of my parents and my family - their strength, dignity, grace, and courage throughout such ordeals. 'We just want a roof over our heads'. That was all they wanted, because that was something they did not have for a long time. Another limiting belief was: 'rich people are arrogant'. I am so excited to release the belief that I am not worthy of: money, happiness, ease, abundance, health, and joy. I also like to let go of the belief that life is hard.
