This course has made me so much more aware how changing the basics, those things that happended during our childhood, can just be that breakthrough in personal growth. I've been spending years working on myself but have just never really been able to make any staying changes. These few weeks with Marissa has done just that. I am super thankful for sharing this knowledge with us. I just feel so profoundly different and life looks different too - good!! Having the tools and a different look on all those "struggles" in life just gives me strength. Changing your life means changing your mind.
