"Monty's examples and training taught me I needed to be a better leader"

When I started this program I managed a team of 140 teammate's in my company that I founded and built. Through fast growth our culture morphed from being energizes and illuminators to entitlement and "no one showed me, so it's not my job." Monty's examples and training taught me I needed to be a better leader before I push it down to my managers and team. His stories and style made the trainings easy to learn and share with our team. We are now better at taking ownership and accountability to what is in front of us. We are learning to deal with and own our issues and challenges to become the energizers and illumnators we are destined to be.
