I joined Mastery of Sleep because I made a decision to become a top 1% world performer and I knew that if I don’t “figure out sleep” it will never happen. All my life I have been fighting with light sleep and random insomnia that would render me weak and with low energy for the next day, but I didn’t know that this was “fixable”. What I most loved about this Quest is the fact that I now have a customized plan in place for my evening and sleep routine, so I wake up fully restored and ready to joyously start my day. Biggest win for me: figuring out my power down hour and being able to have a deep sleep without waking up throughout the night.
