“What a beautiful, enriching journey this has been”

What a beautiful, enriching journey this has been. I feel like so much has been shared with me but I don't yet realize its impact on my life. Almost as if seeds have been planted that will begin to grow into beautiful expressions of who I am. I feel like I've grown in ways that are not yet comprehensible to me, at this time. I've loved sharing with this community and learning from like minded souls. I feel lucky and blessed ?
What's the one thing I can do to progress towards my goal? There are so many..but the one thing that stands out in my mind is to really enjoy the journey. Pausing, reflecting and savoring the journey each step of the way, every single day. I've always been a goal driven individual and the main reason I signed up for this course was to learn how to 'stop and smell the roses' ..enjoy where I am in this moment, knowing that I'm doing the best I can, no judgment, no criticism.
I'm so grateful for this course, and so thankful to Professor Srikumar S. Rao and all the tribe members for creating a safe, sacred space to share authentically, learn, grow and prosper. It's been a special month and a half. Big love to all of you radiant, beautiful souls

My biggest Aha moment was and It is my birthright to be happy!
