"The biggest takeaway for me is finding peace again from within, and I’ve never been working so efficiently while feeling so happy at the same time!"
“Good thing, bad thing, who knows?” – what an incredible teaching and what an inspiring journey this Quest is! Before this Quest, I was already on the path of self-development, BUT I wasn’t happy. I’m a high achiever – yet the more I accomplish, the more stress I feel, and the less content I was. Eventually, I burned out and things in life just fell apart. Gratefully, I stumbled across Dr. Rao’s insightful Mindvalley talks on YouTube and decided to join this Quest. The biggest takeaway for me is finding peace again from within, and I’ve never been working so efficiently while feeling so happy at the same time! We all can unleash our infinite potentials via personal mastery indeed. My favourite lesson is “Suffering does not happen when an event occurs. Suffering began only at the moment when you label it bad.” This is such a game-changing mindset, especially our society only teaches us how to be ‘successful', but never on how to be happy. Happiness is from within, and all we have to do is ‘simply’ living in the present. Thank you, Dr. Rao and Mindvalley team for creating such an incredible Quest. This 24/7 fast-moving modernized world really needs this!
