This was the second quest I've taken with Mindvalley, and it was the time I was going through a tough break up. Dr. Rao's ideas and exercises made me realize how outdated my mental models were, and how limited my perspective in life was, it was truly eye-opening. During the program, the bonus that I got was that I truly had to apply and integrate the lessons he was teaching, because my heart was broken and I couldn't understand what was happening.
