Personal development is an important part of my growth as I am also a Business Advisor and Coach. In partnership with two others, we run a boutique Business Advisory in Sydney. We have been in business for the past three years of which this year is the most challenging due the to happenings around the world. However, I have viewed this lockout period as an opportune moment to stop - re-focus - plan - implement. With this in mind we have decided to re-brand our business, and focus on particular areas of advisory such as Talent Management and Talent Development. After listening to Srikumar, and the success stories of previous cohorts, I felt this is a good time for me to try the course as well, and see if this will broaden my mindset, and help me discover new directions and opportunties for my business and myself.
