"The program made me think about a lot of aspects of my life"

To tell you the trouth, listening to English no problem, writting a little bit of a challenge ;). I loved the program of Denis Waithley I just recently finished. His english is very clear and also for a person who's mother tong is not english very good understandable.

The program made me think about a lot of aspects of my life and I started to intergrate as much as possible of the learned into my daly life, personal and business. My life has not changed significantly yet, but I notice that I have become more thoughtful, calmer, more patient and also happier . Change and integration takes time as already Denis mentioned several times.

I am very happy that I found Mindvalley and I love to listen to the programs.
