"The challenges are designed in a way that fosters growth"

I started yoga several years ago. My practice was inconsistent with several breaks. As I got older I started to notice the benefits of meditation and yoga. I practiced more and became a yoga instructor. I then started teaching mindfulness and really started to notice changes in my personal awareness. I started Mindvalley with the hopes of increasing my spiritual awareness. I started the yoga program and was deeply moved by the insight and professionalism. I can tell when I am doing the yoga practice that I am doing something profound and beneficial to my body and mind. The challenges are designed in a way that fosters growth and encourages continued practice. Thank you.
