"I've tried a couple of different meditation styles, but the M-Word is by far my favorite"

As usual, Mindvalley delivers another great quest with the M-Word.
I've tried a couple of different meditation styles, but the M-Word is by far my favorite.
Its simple and easy to follow structure makes implementing it into my life a breeze. It also puts you in the right mindset about the purpose of meditation, how to judge "if it's working", and offers short guided meditations for those everyday situations we run into.
I'm usually a pretty calm person but I'm noticed a huge increase in patience, mindfulness, and allowing more of life's challenges to slip away through laughter instead of allowing it to ruin my day.
I would recommend the M-Word quest to new meditators or anyone looking to explore a different approach to meditation.
Thank you Emily and Mindvalley for the M-Word. Well done!
