What I was hoping to achieve a better physical body. It worked so well I had to throw away some T-shirts and shirts after following 10X; my chest was getting too large for me to wear them and this was just after two months. It comforts me a lot to read «The Code of the Extraordinary Mind» where I can find someone thinking the same way I do. At Mindvalley, I like the great variety of teachers showing a great deal of compassion. I expect that Vishen will be able to give me the push I need to get me going at high speed in this world.
