Astral travel was always one of those things I had on my mind but actually never took it to the next level until I got Jade's quest.
 This is a phenomenal skill and you can actually put it to any use of your choice if it's for making this world a better place.
 The program changed the way I looked at life and humans and actually, I now believe what Robert Monroe had to say about the physical body, he said "you are more than your physical body" and he was correct.
 Astral Projection gave me a new way and I will always carry this forever and ever.
 Thanks to Jade, she puts her soul and prana in the quest and the entire Mindvalley team for this wonderful experience.
