I can honestly say, I'm addicted to the 6-phase meditation! 
It has helped me stay relaxed, yet super productive. It has made me so much more compassionate towards others. I now find myself excited about life because of the ways I have envisioned my future. 
I used to worry about small things and minor health issues, but now with a clear vision about the future, and the 6-phase meditation as my secret superpower, I have a lot to accomplish! Small setbacks don't stop me or bother me anymore. Thank you Vishen! :) :)
