Forgiveness, formalizing the 3 year plan and systematically calling on a higher power has inspired my confidence
As sole caregiver for his wife of 51 years facing serious illness, he discovered practices that gave him strength through their darkest moments. Through forgiveness and spiritual connection, he found the confidence to support her remarkable recovery from death's door.
The motivation for completing this Quest was I was seeking some formal practices so as to support my wife of 51 years. In July she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and Lymphoma. I have found great peace in experiencing this Quest. We have loved each other since highschool and raised three children. Our youngest died 6 years ago and our oldest abandoned us upon learning of his mother's perceived imminent demise out of fear. With this as a backdrop, I found three significant takeaways that, as her sole caregiver, gave me strength to continue to provide her with the best quality of life possible. Forgiveness, formalizing the 3 year plan and systematically calling on a higher power has inspired my confidence. While both diagnoses we are told are not curable they are treatable. Her progress has been amazing and constantly improving to this day. She has come from death's door to inspire me with her display of excellent results. And we are grateful beyond words. Mindvalley has been an awesome adjunct to our quest. Thank you.
