I have learned a lot of good practice tips to help me to improve the keyword here is a practice like my Tai Chi the only way to improve is practice. I was not sure what to expect when I joined but going through the drills and reading every day it feels good knowing that things are getting better I still need work lost of work so Thank you Jim Kwik for giving me the tools to make my dream a Reality
