"My wpm was at 144 on day 1 and by the end of the course, I was above 450 wpm with very good comprehension"

My journey with Mindvalley started with Super Reading. I was always a slow reader and started reading only after my university days.
During my early career days, I used to read a lot and slowly as I progressed I never made time for reading. I took up reading later on when I had problems with my sleep. Few years down the line, I completely stopped reading and ended with a shelf full of books that I used to pick up on most of my travels and never turned a page.
I came across Super Reading on YouTube during the pandemic and the master class by Jim was mind-blowing. I couldn’t wait any longer and found myself enrolling for the Super Reading course.
My wpm was at 144 on day 1 and by the end of the course, I was above 450 wpm with very good comprehension. My motivation at the time was to finish the pile of books in my shelf. I’ve begun reading again and want to finish a book a week.
