Before this programme, I was totally convinced that I was a very slow reader. This was definitely part of my identity. Then, when I just started,
I realised I was actually average, not at all as bad as I thought. It was just my perception.
Throughout the course, I have improved my reading speed significantly, and not only my speed but also my focus, my comprehension, even if I read much faster. But in addition to the technical skills for that, I think the course has given me the possibility to understand important basis and basics related to the way I do things in life. I have definitely understood the importance of my beliefs and motivations, being flexible, avoid searching perfectionism, learn to feel comfortable in the discomfort....
Indeed, so much learning for life!
For sure this course will improve my life, not only in terms of reading but in many other aspects. Feel grateful and proud of having decided that I wanted to change my identity, and now say: I am a quick reader, because this is important for me and the life I want to live
